Too bad that the idle animation is not part of the main Aseprite file and is in it's own file + different size than the sprites on the Aseprite file, which makes it quite hard to edit to get it to work in unity,
If you would add the idle in the Aseprite file, then it would be perfect, really great job regardless :)
P.S. I'm hoping for some sort of blocking animation, if possible.
*edit* I was able to copy the idle frames and rotate/place them using onionskin feature within Aseprite and now I got the fluid animation working.

Speaking of... would you be willing to put in a ladder climb animation (side view) and an item use/spell cast animation? Those seem like they'd be pretty commonly used for a lot of projects.
Specifically for my project, I'd also love to have a air-to-ground slam attack animation :)

like an 8 direction movement setup, aka walking up (facing away from the "camera"), walking down (facing the camera) etc
Currently that's not planned since it would take a lot of adjustments and this is meant for sidescrollers.

PDD: Put the animations in separated spritesheets, it's better and more organized for developers.
